Per our very brief discussion of Hatboro, PA in class on Monday, here is a brief entry from Phila Place (the neighborhood history project of the Historical Society of Pennsylvania) on the Stetson Factory that used to be near us at Temple.
Check it out: http://www.philaplace.org/story/326/
Phila Place also has some useful demographic data on neighborhoods and how they've changed over time. It's a great introduction to Philadelphia history. The Historical Society of Philadelphia is also a very interesting place to visit, should you consider it for your Museum/Site Review Essay.
